Responsible gaming
Gambling is a form of leisure that carries the risk of financial loss, not a way to earn money. Responsible gaming means setting time and budget limits in advance and sticking to them regardless of how a session goes.
Basic self-control rules
- Play only with money you can afford to lose.
- Set a time limit per session and take breaks.
- Do not try to win back losses by raising your stakes.
- Do not play when stressed, tired or under the influence of alcohol.
- Do not use borrowed money or funds meant for essential expenses.

Control tools
Ukrainian operators are required to offer players self-restriction tools. Check them in your account settings before your first deposit.
| Tool | What it does |
|---|---|
| Deposit limit | caps the amount you can deposit per day, week or month |
| Session time limit | reminds you of playing time and ends the session |
| Time-out | temporarily blocks access to games for a chosen period |
| Self-exclusion | closes access for a long period via the PlayCity register |
Age 21+ and verification
In Ukraine, access to gambling is open from age 21. Verification via Diia confirms the player's age and identity, so minors cannot open a real-money account.
When to stop
If you play longer than planned, hide spending from your family or feel anxious without gambling, these are warning signs. Take the short test on the Gambling addiction page and, if needed, call the National Mental Health Hotline — 0 800 505 201.
